Painting with Wool

In this workshop you will learn how to flat felt a 2 dimensional picture using needle felting techniques to create a felted landscape. You will then frame your wool painting within an embroidery hoop.

Materials: One 4” embroidery hoop and two felting needles. All wool will be provided by Cast Away.

Experience: Some prior skill in using a felting needle and knowing how to handle wool roving.
