Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: Store credit (no refunds) is given for unused and unwound yarn within 90 days of purchase. Needles and hooks must be returned within 7 days. All other items like socks, craft kits, embroidery supplies, equipment, etc have a 30 day return policy for store credit only. No returns on books, patterns, magazines, gift cards, non stock special order items, or any sale items. Classes must be canceled within 48 hours to receive a refund, and 24 hours to receive a store credit. If we cancel the class you will receive a refund.
