Next Steps for Beginners (Knitting)

Just finished the Beginning Knitting Series and ready to start your first project? This class is for you! In this class, you get to take all the basics you learned and expand on them to knit a wearable item.

You have two wearable items to choose from: the Classic Worsted (or bulky) Hat or the Cast Away Triangle Shawl No.1. You can take this class multiple times if you'd like to make both items! Each item teaches you different skills.

This class is meant for those who have finished the Beginning Knitting Series, or have equivalent skills: cast on, knit, purl, bind off. You must be proficient in these skills- if you are not please complete our Beginning Knitting before signing up for this class.

Cost: $40

Materials: Please purchase your materials here so that we can show you the best yarn options and needles for the item you choose to knit. Please plan to come early to class (or another day) to obtain your supplies so you can be ready to start your project when class begins.
