Felt a 3-D Vessel

Join Nancy Rosenthal for this class on Relief Felting, or "3-D felting". You will use merino wool fiber to create a beautiful vessel that you will cherish for years to come! *You need to have experience in wet felting to take this class. Consider coming to Learn to Wet Felt  on Saturday, March 23 or  Learn Nuno Felting on Saturday, April 13 to gain the experience you need.

In this exciting and awe inducing workshop you will get to choose your own colors of merino wool roving to create your unique vessel using warm soapy water, bubble wrap, and your own 2 hands! We have many lovely colors of merino wool for you to choose from to make your own unique piece. Nancy will show you a variety of completed samples she's made and examples of other potential creations from her collection of felting explorations over the years.

We think you'll be inspired to go home and make a whole colony of these in varying shapes and sizes! 

• Skills required: Must have experience making a flat piece of felt
• All materials included
• What to wear: Comfortable clothes that can get slightly wet, and/or bring an apron.
