Double Knitting Potholder

Double knitting is so cool! You'll get the reverse of the image on the backside like magic! Come and learn this fun technique and make a potholder. If you love it you can make a larger project like scarf or blanket with the skills you'll learn in this workshop. 

Materials: Heavy DK or worsted weight yarn in 2 colors, 50g each. Choose yarn that has high contrast. (no speckle, tweed or variegated). Berroco Lana and Lang Merino 120 are recommended. 24" circular US 6 or size to match with the chosen yarn. The pattern will be provided. Please buy your materials at Cast Away.

Experience Needed: You should know how to knit and purl. No colorwork experience necessary.

What You'll Learn: Judy's Magic Cast On, double knitting in two colors with pattern, kitchener stitches, reading chart (flat).
