Tibetan is a blend of merino ultrafine and yak wool. The merino wool is mulesing-free and comes from Argentina, Patagonia. Tibetan is made with merino ultrafine which has a fineness of 17 microns. It is GOTS certified, which means that the farming process is organic and no toxic bleaches, dyes and other chemicals are used in its manufacturing. Tibetan's noble yak wool component has its origins in Mongolia. with a fineness of approx. 16 microns. You'll fall in love with this yarn!
