Learn four different kinds of increases and make a traditional triangle shawl!
You will learn how to: read a pattern, use knit front back increases, use make one increases, and make eyelets with yarn overs.
You should already know how to: cast on, knit, bind off, and weave in ends.
Required materials: 380 yards of bulky weight yarn, US 11 (8 mm) 32" circular needles, and 2 stitch markers. We used 3 skeins of Malabrigo Mecha in #063, "Natural."
Please purchase your supplies at Cast Away. If you plan on buying your materials the day of the class, please come at least 15 minutes early.
SIGNING UP Spring and summer are our slow seasons, so we teach all of our classes in two weekly group sessions where students can learn different things at the same time. For this class, sign up for one hour (two back-to-back time slots) of either of our workshops on Mondays or Thursdays. You can also schedule a private lesson.
