Learn to Crochet Chevron - Scarf or Blanket

In this crochet class you will be creating the chevron shape by increasing and decreasing. You can make a scarf or blanket.

Materials: DK or worsted yarns- 1 or more colors 150-200 grams total for scarf, or 500 grams for blanket, hook size E-H(depending on what yarn you choose- we can advise), opening stitch markers. Please buy your class materials at Cast Away Yarn Shop. Be sure to show up to class on time with materials ready or come early to shop.

Experience Needed: You should already know basic crochet stitches: chain, single crochet and double crochet.

What you'll learn: Students will learn how to increase/decrease and follow a pattern.

Homework: chain 200 stitches
